At our production site in Jönköping we have injection molding tools for injection molding of plastic products consisting of one component materials but also for injection molding of products with inserts such as injection needles and thread inserts.
In cooperation with our business partners we have access to a large variety of injection molding tools with the possibility for injection molding in 2-component molding. Our machines are adapted for both short series and large production series and the machines can handle parts up to 1700g. A number of the machines have vision systems and robotic cells. Our knowledge and our variety of machines give our customers the chance to develop and produce both small and large injection molded parts with various product complexities.
